We think listening is a highly undervalued activity in today’s world. So, when a customer suggested using coconut oil in our granola recipe, we listened. And then we whipped up a batch of what would soon be called Cashews & Coconut. And then we kept making more because it was just as amazing as that customer told us it would be. Ah, the magical power of listening.

Ingredients: rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, organic flake coconut (unsweetened), real maple syrup, organic coconut oil, brown sugar, vanilla, a dash of cinnamon and a really important bit of sea salt

Our "go to" granola is your Maples, Pecans and Coconut. However, my wife likes cashew nuts. She found the Cashews and Coconut to be very special.
