Hudson Henry Granola Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

For Overnight Oats:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, or oat milk)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • A pinch of salt

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup Hudson Henry Granola
  • Fresh fruits like berries, sliced banana, or apple
Method:
  • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and pinch of salt. Stir well.
  • Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to sit overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning or when you're ready to eat, give the oats mixture a good stir.
  • Top the oat mixture with Hudson Henry Granola for extra crunch and flavor. Add fresh fruits.
