For Overnight Oats:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, or oat milk)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt or any yogurt of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- A pinch of salt
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup Hudson Henry Granola
- Fresh fruits like berries, sliced banana, or apple
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to sit overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning or when you're ready to eat, give the oats mixture a good stir.
- Top the oat mixture with Hudson Henry Granola for extra crunch and flavor. Add fresh fruits.
