What's in Hudson Henry granola?
Hudson Henry granola is made with gluten-free rolled oats, pure maple syrup, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, extra virgin olive oil (organic coconut oil in Cashew Coconut), nuts like pecans, walnuts, cashews, almonds or pistachios, organic coconut, a little brown sugar and sea salt. Some flavors add vanilla extract and cinnamon, and Chocolate Pecan adds dark chocolate chips.

What oil do you bake with? Is Hudson Henry granola seed oil free?
Yes, our granola is made without seed oils. Five of our six flavors are baked with extra virgin olive oil, and Cashew Coconut is baked with organic coconut oil. We never use canola, soybean, sunflower or other seed oils. (Some flavors include whole sunflower seeds, which are an ingredient, not an oil.)
How is Hudson Henry granola sweetened? How much sugar does it have?
We sweeten with pure maple syrup and a little brown sugar, and never use corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. Every flavor has 5g of total sugar per 1/4 cup (25g) serving, with 4 to 5g of that from added sugar.
How many calories and how much protein are in a serving?
A 1/4 cup (25g) serving has 120 to 150 calories, depending on flavor, and 3g of protein. A 12 oz bag has about 14 servings.
Is your granola all-natural?
Yes. Hudson Henry granola has no artificial flavors, colors, ingredients or preservatives.
Is Hudson Henry granola organic?
Our granola is not certified organic, but we use organic coconut, and Cashew Coconut is baked with organic coconut oil.
What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?
Our granola has a 10 month shelf life. After opening, press the resealable zipper closed and keep the bag in a cool, dry place like the pantry. You can also freeze it to keep it fresh longer.

Is Hudson Henry granola gluten-free?
Yes. Hudson Henry granola is certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), and every flavor is made with gluten-free oats.
Is Hudson Henry granola non-GMO?
Yes. All Hudson Henry granola is Non-GMO Project Verified.
Is Hudson Henry granola vegan or plant-based?
Yes. All six flavors are vegan and plant-based, including Chocolate Pecan, which uses dairy-free dark chocolate chips.
Is Hudson Henry granola dairy-free?
Yes. None of our flavors contain dairy, including Chocolate Pecan. Its dark chocolate chips are made from cane sugar and unsweetened chocolate.
Is Hudson Henry granola soy-free?
Yes. Hudson Henry granola is soy-free. None of our recipes contain soy, including the chocolate chips in Chocolate Pecan.
Is Hudson Henry granola kosher?
Yes. Hudson Henry granola is certified Kosher Pareve.
Is Hudson Henry a B Corp?
Hudson Henry is part of The GFB family, a Certified B Corporation, and our granola is baked in our zero-waste facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Allergens
What allergens are in Hudson Henry granola?
Our granola contains tree nuts and coconut, depending on the flavor:
- Maple Pecan Coconut and Chocolate Pecan: almonds, pecans, coconut
- Cashew Coconut: almonds, cashews, coconut
- Maple Walnut: almonds, walnuts
- Pistachio Almond: almonds, coconut, pistachios
- The OG: no nuts or coconut in the recipe (may contain tree nuts)
Peanuts and tree nuts are present in our facility. Always check the label on your bag for the most current allergen information.
Do you make a nut-free granola?
The OG is made without nuts or coconut in the recipe. It is made in the same facility as our nut flavors, where peanuts and tree nuts are present, so the label says it may contain tree nuts.
Is Hudson Henry granola peanut-free?
None of our recipes contain peanuts. Peanuts are present in our facility, so we don't call our granola peanut-free.
How do you manage allergens in your facility?
Our allergen control program requires cleaning and sanitizing the production line between runs. When production switches from one allergen to another, we swab product-contact surfaces and verify results with rapid allergen test kits before the next run.
No cleaning or testing process can eliminate every risk of cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, always read the product label and consider your own medical needs before eating any packaged food, including ours.

What flavors do you make?
We make six flavors: Maple Pecan Coconut, Pistachio Almond, Maple Walnut, Cashew Coconut, Chocolate Pecan and The OG. Each comes in 12 oz bags, 2.5 lb bags and 10 lb bulk boxes, and we offer variety packs too.
Which flavor should I try first?

Has Hudson Henry won any awards?
Yes. Hudson Henry has won five sofi Awards from the Specialty Food Association, which are judged in blind tastings: Gold in 2017, 2021 and 2022, and Silver in 2017 and 2019. How quickly do you ship orders?
We do our absolute best to ship all online orders within 24 hours. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we expect to ship your order on the following Monday.

How long does delivery take?
- Anywhere in the US (except for the West Coast): 2-4 days after package is shipped via USPS or UPS

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the United States at this time.
What if an item is low in stock?
If a flavor is running low, its product page will say shipping may be delayed. If your order is affected, we'll email you with an update.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Let us know within 14 days of delivery. Email contactus@hudsonhenrybakingco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I return granola I didn't like?
Because granola is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened bags. If a flavor isn't for you, reach out and tell us what happened, and we'll work with you on a solution.
