Cleaning between runs. Our allergen control program requires cleaning and sanitation of the production line between runs.
Testing at allergen switches. When production changes from one allergen to another, our procedure calls for swabbing product-contact surfaces and verifying results are below detectable levels using rapid allergen test kits.
Verify, then run. Under our procedure, production resumes after changeover test results meet our acceptance criteria.
All Hudson Henry products are made on shared equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We follow a strict allergen control program, but no cleaning or testing process can eliminate every risk of cross-contact, and testing cannot detect every trace of every allergen.
