About this granola
We combined the heart of our granola recipe and added dark chocolate chips to create an ideal reward of sweet and savory. We compensated the balance of ingredients to ensure the dark chocolate alongside the remaining ingredients would create a perfect harmony. And it did.
A note on shipping: chocolate melts, especially in the summer. If the chips melt on the way to your door, pop the bag in the fridge and enjoy cool, chocolatey granola clusters. You can't lose with this one.

Cleaning between runs. Our allergen control program requires cleaning and sanitation of the production line between runs.
Testing at allergen switches. When production changes from one allergen to another, our procedure calls for swabbing product-contact surfaces and verifying results are below detectable levels using rapid allergen test kits.
Verify, then run. Under our procedure, production resumes after changeover test results meet our acceptance criteria.
All Hudson Henry products are made on shared equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We follow a strict allergen control program, but no cleaning or testing process can eliminate every risk of cross-contact, and testing cannot detect every trace of every allergen. If you have a food allergy, always read the product label and consider your own medical and allergy needs before eating any packaged snack, including ours.
